Haircut?

Haven't been posting outdoor ambient ads for the longest time! Chanced upon this and made me so wanna do some posting!

It's a advertisement done up for a children hair salon. Cute ay? No longer (erh maybe yes) "cheap" cut out with dotted line with hand phone number pasted on lights and bus-stops. I mean come on, its another approach yea?
