The lace fence

I actually saw this Fence months back, I have no idea what made me not post this, but right now as it is, this deserve a space of acknowledgment!

Lace Fence

Industrial production is for us a big source of inspiration. The Big Miracle of how some products come about is a beautiful phenomenon if you look at it closely. In our projects we often combine the sensitive and the small with the powerful, large and industrial.

The Lace Fence project translates that line of thinking. Fencing is a sign how we modified and cultivated our environment. Like brambles fences are rising rampantly around us. What would happen if a patch of embroiled wire would meet with and continue as an industrial fence. Hostility versus kindness,
industrial versus craft.

LACE FENCE is a high-end metal fabric that gives new insights in how we can create unique environments.

The design, quality and density of the patterns are flexible. Meaning that for each application we create according to its function. For example to prevent climbing on, to hide or enhance its surroundings. To deal with harsh weather or to give an unique custom made look.

material: metal fabric, coated steel wire.

And yes yes, I found a pretty interactive site called Made for Each Other, its actually done up for Lays (The Potato Chips), perhaps for some promotion thingy, but whatever it is, I think they did a pretty neat navigation.
